Tempus Fugit: Churches in Broumov Region

exhibition reception 27 February, 2017 - 6:30 PM

[BBLA Gallery]

The exhibition Tempus Fugit presents photographs by Dano Veselsky of unique Baroque churches in the Broumov region, a town in the Czech Republic near the border with Poland. Architecturally unique and rare churches were built by the renowned architects Krystof and Kilian Ignac Dientzenhofer in the first half of the 18th century.

Organizers of the exhibition, created in 2013, strive to bring more attention to the current condition of these historical buildings to save them as Czech national heritage sites for future generations.
